Refund Policy
All sales are final and no cash refunds will be issued, all the refunds will be credited to custom's wallet on babyclaps store.
However, refunds will be considered only in cases of defective products. To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video of the package, sent to our email or WhatsApp on the provided number.

Return Conditions
- Unboxing Video: A clear unboxing video of the package is required.
- Tags and Bills: All tags and bills must be intact on the products to be eligible for a refund.
- Freebies: Any freebies that were included with the original purchase must also be returned along with the original packaging.
- Product Condition: The product should be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and should be sent back in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
- Return Window: You can return the product within 3-4 days of receiving it.

Post verification, any potential refunds that are due to be issued by our company will be processed and issued within the next 7-10 business days.
Quality Control Inspection
At the time of pickup, certain products may be subjected to a doorstep Quality Control Inspection. The Quality Control parameters include:
- Same brand, style, color, and size.
- Number of pieces in the pack.
- Same brand box packaging.
- Box packaging in no-damage condition (resalable).
- No missing accessories (e.g., laces, flower, bow, tie, etc.).
- Security tag on the garment.
- Condition: unused.
If any of these parameters are not met, the return request will be rejected. Please note, you can raise another return request as long as the return window for that product has not expired.
